    I went to the King and Country concert. I bought two tickets to invite my husband. Well he didn’t go because he didn’t want to know anything about God. I went to the WGTS booth to pray. There a pastor prayed for me. I didn’t ask her name, she had long black hair. I’ve been considering leaving my husband because his lack of love for God is hard for me. Now he agreed to go to the Hillsong concert in June. Prayer works! The pastor who prayed for me gave me a hug. It was the warmest hug I had in months or years. God’s bless her hard.

Dr. Cheryl Wilson-Bridges

Founder and Chief Strategist

An international speaker, author, ordained pastor, hospital chaplain and renown worship curator, Dr. Cheryl Wilson-Bridges has dedicated her professional career to illuminate hope and healing through innovation and proven strategies in leadership, healthcare, worship, wellness, and spiritual care.

Cheryl educates, empowers and inspires individuals and organizations to identify their talents and purpose through leadership influence and wellness. Cheryl has served as a worship pastor for more than 20 years. Prior to that, she worked in healthcare as a licensed X-ray technologist and marketing executive for 13 years. Cheryl is a well-known, subject matter leadership expert. Her unique blend of knowledge, skill, and mastery in diverse fields is vital to help her clients maximize their impact, increase their effectiveness and achieve their goals. 

Cheryl is a sought after writer who has authored two books on the subject of worship. Levite Praise: God’s Biblical Design for Praise and Worship and Deeper Praise: Music, Majesty or Mayhem (Charisma Media) are both used by universities as textbooks for worship didactics. Cheryl is currently a regular contributor for Worship Leader Magazine. She is also a fellow of the 9th Annual Black Theology and Leadership Institute: Fire In My Bones: Womanist Leadership, Preaching, & Activism at Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Technology with a minor in Marketing from Howard University, Washington DC, a Master of Arts in Practical Theology Worship and Renewal and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA. To continue to serve in face-to-face ministry during the Covid-19 pandemic, Cheryl returned to the hospital to train as a chaplain and completed 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education. She now serves as a hospital chaplain for Adventist HealthCare in Fort Washington, MD. and is also the on-set chaplain for Sonset Friday Entertainment’s upcoming film, “The Perfect Christmas.”

Cheryl loves to sing, listen to music, read, eat ice cream, travel, sit in the sun, walk, watch Hallmark movies and spend time with her family. Cheryl has been married for over 30 years to Conrad and together they are proud parents of their adult son, Darius.
